This collection consists of the history and biographies of each of the commissioners of the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission. While Mr. J. Al McCoy was working for the Commission, he worked on putting together a history of the commission that included biographies of each of the Commissioners. This collection includes the work that was compiled for the history.
